How did you get into Heavy Athletics? I met some amazing women at a powerlifting gym, we all decided to try Highland Games. I got hooked because it celebrates being strong and powerful. The community is great, everyone cheers and supports each other., even if you are competing against someone, you want to see them do their best, just as they want you to see you do your best.

How did you get into Heavy Athletics? I got into the Highland Games thanks to some badass women I met at a local powerlifting gym. Then after the first games I was hooked and fell in love with not only the sport, but the community too. We all encourage and push each other to do our best.
